1. ስለ አገልግሎታችን ታማኝነት (Reliability)

ዋሊያ ቶፕአፕ የታማኝነት እና የፍጥነት መገለጫ ነው። የእኛ ሲስተም ሙሉ በሙሉ አውቶማቲክ በመሆኑ፣ ክፍያዎ እንደተረጋገጠ የሚፈልጉትን የጨዋታ ካርድ ወይም ቶፕአፕ ወዲያውኑ እንዲደርስዎ ተደርጎ የተገነባ ነው። በሁሉም አገልግሎቶቻችን 100% ታማኝነትን ለመጠበቅ እንሰራለን።

2. መረጃን በጥንቃቄ ስለመሙላት እና ተመላሽ ክፍያ (No-Refund)

የዲጂታል ምርቶች አንዴ ከተላኩ ተመላሽ ሊደረጉ ስለማይችሉ መረጃን በጥንቃቄ መሙላት ግዴታ ነው።

• የመረጃ ስህተት፦ የተሳሳተ የጨዋታ መለያ (Player ID)፣ የተጠቃሚ ስም ወይም ኢሜይል አስገብተው ትዕዛዙ ከተፈጸመ በኋላ ምንም አይነት ተመላሽ ክፍያ (Refund) አንሰጥም።

• የገንዘብ ምንጭ፦ ቶፕአፕ ለማድረግ የሚጠቀሙት ገንዘብ የራስዎ ወይም በህጋዊ መንገድ እንዲጠቀሙበት የተፈቀደልዎ መሆን አለበት።

• ስርቆትን መከላከል፦ የተሰረቀ የባንክ አካውንት፣ የተጠለፈ የቴሌብር አካውንት ወይም ያልተፈቀደ የገንዘብ ምንጭ መጠቀም በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነው።

• የህግ ተጠያቂነት፦ ማንኛውም የተሰረቀ ገንዘብ ተጠቅመው የተፈጸሙ ግብይቶችን ካገኘን፣ ትዕዛዙን ወዲያውኑ በማገድ ሁሉንም የእርስዎን ዲጂታል መረጃዎች ለኢትዮጵያ ፖሊስ እና ለሚመለከታቸው የህግ አካላት አሳልፈን እንሰጣለን።

4. ማጭበርበርን መከላከል (Anti-Scam)

• ሀሰተኛ ደረሰኝ፦ የተለወጠ ወይም የሀሰት የክፍያ ደረሰኝ (Fake Screenshot) በመላክ ለማጭበርበር መሞከር ከባድ ወንጀል ነው።

• ክትትል፦ የእኛ ሲስተም እያንዳንዱን የክፍያ መለያ ቁጥር (Transaction ID) ከባንክ እና ከቴሌብር ጋር በራስ-ሰር ያመሳክራል።

• ቋሚ እገዳ፦ ለማጭበርበር ሲሞክር የተገኘ ማንኛውም ተጠቃሚ ያለምንም ማስጠንቀቂያ ከድረ-ገጻችን ለዘላለም ይታገዳል።

5. ኩኪዎችን (Cookies) ስለመጠቀም

የእርስዎን የድረ-ገጽ አጠቃቀም ምቹ ለማድረግ፣ የመግቢያ መረጃዎን ለማስታወስ እና የግብይቶችዎን ደህንነት ለመጠበቅ ኩኪዎችን እንጠቀማለን።
